SHIPPING

Your order will usually be shipped out within 1-2 business days. Standard First Class shipping generally takes 3-5 business days to arrive after being shipped (depending on where in the US you are located; we ship from Whittier, CA). For a faster delivery, you can upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail (please note that the handling time of 1-2 business days will still apply). You will have multiple shipping options at checkout including UPS. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any deliver times/delays by the shipping services. Please also note that USPS sometimes fail to scan the packages, resulting in delayed tracking updates. Please allow at least a business day for the tracking to update after you've received your shipping notification .

For international orders, shipping will not be covered and you will have multiple shipping options at checkout including UPS and DHL express. Orders that are shipped via USPS First Class International takes approximately 7-28 business days depending on location. Please note that we generally do not recommend this option because tracking can be very unreliable. Please use at your own risk. For an additional fee, orders can be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail International, UPS and DHL, which will provide better tracking.

If you place an order from a country outside of the United States, you may be subject to applicable customs, import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer/receiver. Additionally, the order may be subject to applicable customs inspections and holds which may cause a delay and are the responsibility of the buyer/receiver to resolve. We suggest that you contact your local customs office should this occur. Often times they are holding the package for pick up.
